Baked Tofu Fingers

25 skinny "on the go" snacks
Ingredients:
  • 150g firm tofu, fingers
  • ½ tsp. olive oil
  • Sea salt

Directions:

  • Pre-heat oven at 200 degrees celcius
  • Pat the tofu down with a paper towel to absorb all the water
  • Cut the tofu into “fingers”
  • Combine everything into a mixing bowl and coat the tofu well
  • Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes
  • Refrigerate when done and take it with you before you leave the house
