Ingredients:
- 150g firm tofu, fingers
- ½ tsp. olive oil
- Sea salt
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven at 200 degrees celcius
- Pat the tofu down with a paper towel to absorb all the water
- Cut the tofu into “fingers”
- Combine everything into a mixing bowl and coat the tofu well
- Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes
- Refrigerate when done and take it with you before you leave the house
